Tacos recipe easy

When crafted using healthy ingredients, such as fresh veggies and grilled meats, tacos are considered a balanced meal. That’s because they offer a good balance of protein, fats, and carbohydrates. Also, they can be a good source of fiber, calcium, and iron.
Toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are a staple on tacos. They add flavor, texture, and color. Nutrient-dense veggies like these are also one of the main reasons why tacos can be nutritious and part of a healthy diet.
21 extra thin corn tortillas
1 lb cooked & shredded/chopped chicken breast
16 oz can fat free refried beans
1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
1/2 packet low sodium taco seasoning (or about 2 tbsp of homemade seasoning)
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup fresh cilantro minced
1 medium onion chopped
Lettuce thinly sliced
Cabbage/Carrots thinly sliced
Cilantro
Tomatoes
Cheese (cheddar/monterey jack/queso fresco)
Let cool for a few minutes and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage, cilantro, carrots.
